  • My career began in the NHS, where I honed my skills in leadership, stress management, and understanding the critical importance of mental health in high-pressure environments. With over 39 years of experience as a nurse, I dedicated myself to launching and developing the complementary therapy services for patients, families and staff within a busy cancer centre including counsellors and hypnotherapists. I have had over a decade of experience as a manager in the NHS and offer a unique blend of healthcare insight and wellness expertise.

    My hypnotherapy practice began working as a therapist in the NHS with oncology patients in a large cancer centre in 2011. Alongside my work in the NHS I have grown a successful hypnotherapy practice. My practice has expanded to support managers, employees across diverse sectors, as well as patients and staff both within and beyond the NHS.

    I specialise in working with people experiencing anxiety and depression to resolve their issues by utilising my expert techniques enabling them to resolve any problems and move forward with ease to reach their professional and personal goals.

  • With over 20 years of experience as a successful business owner and 4 years as a practising hypnotherapist, I bring a unique blend of entrepreneurial insight and therapeutic expertise to our practice.

    I have two decades of business ownership which has provided me invaluable firsthand experience in navigating the challenges and pressures of the business world. This background allows for a deep understanding of the stressors and dynamics faced by business owners, managers, and employees alike.

    For the past 4 years, I have worked with many professionals, managers and employees to overcome a diverse range of issues and enabling them to achieve their full potential. Specialising in anxiety and depression management, stress reduction, and performance enhancement, I have developed a wide range of techniques which I tailor to each individual.
